How do I know if my jewelry is authentic?
All our jewelry is BIS hallmarked (where applicable) and crafted using certified gold and gemstones. We provide authenticity certificates with every eligible purchase.
Do you offer customization or engraving?
Yes, we offer customization on select products. You can also request engraving for names, dates, or initials. Please contact us before placing your order to discuss details.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major Indian debit/credit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for select pin codes.
Can I return or exchange my purchase?
Yes, returns or exchanges are allowed in case of defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are usually delivered within 4–7 business days. For customized pieces, delivery may take longer. You’ll receive tracking details once your order is shipped.
Do you ship outside India?
Currently, we ship only within India. International shipping is not available at the moment.
